Throughout these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CHILDERIC SELLIER SAS. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of the Terms

These Terms govern all sales of products and services (“Products”) via www.childericsellier.com (“Site”). Please read these Terms carefully before placing any order. By ticking the box during checkout, you accept these Terms without reservation.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time of your order.

3. Products and Services

Our Site offers the following:

  • Accessories and equipment for horses and riders

  • Leather care products

  • New and pre-owned saddles (stock items only, no custom saddles)

  • Saddle fitting services

We do not guarantee that all products will be available at all times.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, but exclusive of shipping and handling fees.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply in your country. You are solely responsible for these charges.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but your order will be charged based on the rates applicable at the time of order confirmation.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Bank transfer

  • Check (France only)

For payment via bank transfer or check, delivery times will begin upon receipt of cleared payment.

We also offer Younited Pay credit services (subject to acceptance by Younited). CHILDERIC SELLIER acts as a banking intermediary (ORIAS No. [to complete]) and is not responsible for any refusal of credit.

6. Delivery

6.1 General

Products are delivered to the address specified during checkout. We deliver worldwide. You are considered the importer of record for shipments outside the EU and are responsible for customs clearance and associated fees.

6.2 Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 30 days of confirmation unless otherwise stated. Delivery delays caused by the carrier or customs are beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at contact@childericsellier.com.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team before returning any items.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from use of our Site or Products.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.childericsellier.com, including images, logos, and text, is the property of CHILDERIC SELLIER SAS or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Montbrison, France.
